Ninja Dynasty (“ND”) sell swords, knives, ninja weapons and ninja gear and related merchandise (collectively, the “Merchandise”) only to individuals who can legally purchase and own such items in the particular jurisdiction where they reside. Your purchase of ND Merchandise, by telephone, by mail, by fax, over the Internet or in person legally binds you and your heirs, assigns, transferees, and personal representatives as follows:
- When you order and purchase Merchandise from ND, you represent that you are of legal age to purchase the Merchandise ordered and that the Merchandise can be purchased and owned in your country, state, county, and /or city of residence. By offering Merchandise for sale, ND does not represent or warrant that any specific purchaser may legally purchase, own or possess the Merchandise ordered. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS! Customer oversight in this area may result in forfeiture of merchandise by Customs. ND will not refund forfeited merchandise.
- ND Merchandise may be dangerous, even deadly, if used improperly, negligently, and/or illegally. When you purchase Merchandise from ND, you agree that you will use the purchaser Merchandise in a safe and legal manner, consistent with all applicable laws, recognized safety rules, and good common sense. You further agree that you will train and supervise minors in the use of ND Merchandise and that you will take such steps as may be reasonably necessary or required by applicable law to keep ND Merchandise out of the hands of minors and untrained and/or immature individuals.
- When you purchase Merchandise from ND, you agree to assume all risks related and/or arising from your ownership and/or use of the Merchandise and agree to indemnify and hold ND harmless from any and all claims brought by any person or entity against ND related to and/or arising from your ownership and/or use of the Merchandise.
- 30-Day money back guarantee! - We want you to be satisfied. If dissatisfied with any of our products, please email us at returns@ninjadynasty.com with a short explanation for the return. We will accept any item in re-sellable condition within 30 days of receiving your order (as determined by the US Postal Service Delivery Confirmation date) and a full refund of the purchase price (minus S&H) will be credited to you. We will also exchange products of an equal or lesser value with a refund of the difference. Media (books and videos) are only returnable if found to be defective.
- International, Canada, and Mexico - We are an American Company based in the central continent. Shipping across borders is a tricky business. The laws in the many countries that we ship to are all different and too numerous for us to keep up with. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel orders that we believe the Customs agents at that border will seize. If we do not cancel an order, and Customs Agents seize your items, we can do nothing about it. As previously stated, it is your responsibility to check your local laws before you order. Most Customs Offices have an appeal process. However, this will undoubtedly cost more than the price of your items seized.

Order Delivery
The Order Process - When a customer submits an order, they will receive a credit card receipt from Ninja Dynasty via email. They will receive shipping updates to inform them of any change in the status of their order. Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive an email containing a Delivery Confirmation number (U.S. only).
Misdirected Packages - We strongly encourage you to verify your shipping information and contact us immediately with any corrections. We take full responsibility for errors on our part. However, the shipping information is taken directly form the order email exactly as supplied to the shopping cart. We use the copy and paste function to prepare our shipping labels. Packages misdirected as a result of the information provided by the customer is the sole responsibility of the customer. Ninja Dynasty cannot be held responsible such misinformation.
United States Orders - We provide a Delivery Confirmation number. If a search of the United States Postal Service website (www.usps.com) delivery confirmation database returns a result of "Status: Delivered" we consider our obligation to be met.
Non-continental United States Orders - Since Delivery Confirmation is not available for orders outside the continental United States, once the package is in the postal system we consider our obligation to be met.
